-- The first day of the Budddhist Culture and Arts Festival opened with demonstrations of creativity and vibrancy from the various schools and traditions. From Tibetan chants to Shaolin kung fu to Buddhist hymns and chinese calligraphy, the range of colors and music greatly defined the many hues and shades of Buddhism. Here's a gathering of some of the events that took place yesterday. More
